Karixe (“we”, “us”) operates karixe.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or purchase.

What we collect

  • Order info: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and items purchased.
  • Payment: processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 + Meta Pixel + TikTok Pixel with consent. Anonymous visitor behavior only.
  • Email sign-ups: your email if you opt in to our newsletter.

How we use it

  • To fulfill and ship your order
  • To send order updates and customer support replies
  • To improve our website and marketing

Your rights

Email hello@karixe.com anytime to: access your data, correct it, delete it, or opt out of marketing. We respond within 72 hours.

Third parties

We share only what’s necessary with: Stripe (payments), Shippo/3PL (fulfillment), Klaviyo (email), Meta / Google / TikTok (advertising pixels, anonymized).
