Every Karixe Glide includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, motor failure, and battery issues.
What’s covered
- Motor stops working within 12 months of purchase
- Battery won’t hold a charge within 12 months
- Waterproofing fails (water inside casing)
- Missing accessories (cable, brush, pouch) from new packaging
What’s not covered
- Dull blades (normal wear — replace every 4–6 months, $9 heads)
- Cosmetic damage from drops
- Damage from attempted self-repair

Email hello@karixe.com with your order number + a short video showing the issue. We ship a replacement within 48 hours of approval.
