If you don’t love your Karixe Glide, email hello@karixe.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll refund every cent and cover the return shipping.

How to return

  1. Email hello@karixe.com with your order number and reason
  2. We send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Drop at any USPS (US) or Canada Post location
  4. Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item

Condition of return

Return must include the shaver, charging cable, and original box. Used items are fine — we sanitize and recycle.

Defective items

Manufacturing defects: we ship a replacement immediately, no return needed. Just send a photo/video to hello@karixe.com.

Prefer a different color? Email us — we’ll exchange within the 90-day window at no cost.
