Where we ship

Karixe ships to all 50 US states + Canada. International expansion planned.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders $40+ (US + Canada)
• Flat $4.95 standard shipping on US orders under $40
• Flat $7.95 standard shipping on Canadian orders under $40
• Express shipping (2-day US): $12.95

Delivery times

• US: 3–7 business days (standard) / 2 days (express)
• Canada: 5–10 business days · duties & taxes included (DDP)

Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm PT Monday–Friday ship same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Check status anytime via the link in the email.

Lost or delayed

If your order isn’t delivered within 15 business days of shipping, email hello@karixe.com and we’ll re-ship or refund.
